Unfortunately due to OH&S rules, our drivers aren't able to carry items upstairs or enter your home. We can deliver to your front door or an agreed upon location nearby.

We understand how frustrating it can be to miss your courier, we order stuff online too. That is why we work with the company you bought your goods from to notify you on which day your delivery will arrive so you can plan accordingly. If you have a scheduled delivery but won’t be home on that day, you can give us authority to leave it in a safe place via a link we will send you. Our driver will then leave it exactly where you have requested. Another alternative is to get in contact with the seller you bought your order from to organise delivery for another day.

Yes. But you will need to get in touch with the business you purchased from to make the necessary changes.

Our team delivers up to 8pm to ensure the best chance of getting your goods to you. If for some unexpected reason your delivery does not arrive on the same day, it will be dispatched to you ASAP the next day or on a day that suits.

We will let you know what day to expect delivery, while also letting you know via SMS when your delivery is 30 mins away. Our drivers may also give you a call during the day if any delays arise, to help ensure a smooth delivery process.

Of course. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, enabling you to confirm all the details of your delivery. When you are the next delivery in the driver's queue, you will be able to track their vehicle to see exactly when they are pulling up. We also have a tracking portal on our website. Simply enter your tracking number to find the latest updates on your delivery.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service, although unfortunately sometimes humans make mistakes. If this happens, get in contact with the company you bought your item from and they will work with you to rectify the situation.
